Friday Mornings, 7:00 – 8:00 AM
We begin with the morning chanting from the Abhayagiri chanting book. Following the chanting there is a 45 minute meditation period. Sometimes the meditation includes a short recorded Dhamma reflection by one of our visiting monastic teachers.
After the meditation you are welcome to join us for coffee, tea and a light snack in the commons. While some people go directly to work or back to families, others stay for casual dhamma conversation. It’s a lovely way to begin a day.
