Please join Portland Friends of the Dhamma and Path to Sincerity for a community work party on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will tackle several projects including painting the wall behind the Buddha shrine, organizing the boiler room storage with a new shelving system, cleaning the hanging lights upstairs, cleaning the heat pump filters, and a general deep cleaning inside and out. Volunteers should bring work gloves and clothes. Tools and paint supplies will be provided. Feel free to bring tools from home you prefer to use such as pruners and so on. Snacks will be provided, and you are welcome to bring something to share if you like.
