Morning Meditation
Time: 7-8 a.m.
Where: Portland Dhamma Center
Days: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Join us in person at the Portland Dhamma Center four mornings a week for a drop-in silent sitting period, followed by optional coffee and conversation until 9 a.m. with fellow meditators.
Enter through the front door just prior to 7 a.m. if possible. Choose a cushion and a mat, or a chair to use, and put them away afterward. There will be no guidance for the meditation, but a leader will be on hand to answer any questions and help you get settled.
