NEW PROGRAM! Evening Sit & Share
Description: In-person
Join us for a weekly Wednesday evening Sit & Share group from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The evening will start with a 30-minute silent meditation, after which participants are invited to share their experiences, joys and challenges with practice in a safe, caring environment, or simply silently listen and hold space for others. In this tradition, we practice “yonisomanasikara,” or wise reflection, taking the opportunity to look at our lives, relationships and activities through the lens of Dhamma and the teachings of the Buddha. Join us for this new program, which is an opportunity to be in community with others engaged in this beneficial practice. All are welcome! At this time, the group is in-person only.
